How to upload shell in WordPress

Hello guys!! Today i'll tell how to upload shell in WordPress, you may have already  seen some tutorials on it but those tutorials works on some cases. But i'll tell you a way, that it will work on all WordPress sites.
So now lets begin:-

• Firstly, login  to your WordPress then, click on theme then select editor.
  
  
• After that it will look something like this
  
  
• Then select Twenty Eleven from Select the them to edit.
  
  
• Then click on comments.php. After that select all the text and replace it with your shell code, like this:
  
  
  
• Then save it.
• Access your shell from here  http://www.site.com//wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/comments.php.
